Enterbay Jet Li 李連杰

Enterbay's Bruce Lees were masterpieces, but I'm afraid the same can't be said for their latest offering - Jet Li.

"C'mere, I'll got something for you."

Probably one of the most influential martial artists in cinema of our time, I had great hopes when they said they were making a figure of Jet Li based on his appearance in his swansong martial arts epic Fearless 霍元甲. Unfortunately, what I saw left me brutally disappointed.

What have they done to your face?

What happened Enterbay?! Bruce Lee was perfect and so lifelike but Jet Li is... frankly quite rubbish. Admittedly Jet Li doesn't have any striking facial features, in fact, his face is rather blunt, but considering the quality of your Bruce Lees, surely Enterbay can do better.

Sun tanning gone wrong

This for me was the killer. The skin tone of the head doesn't even match the body. I suspect they are reusing Bruce Lee's body for this.

Even if these are just prototype photos for solicitations, surely Enterbay cannot be this shoddy. Afterall, ain't their company slogan "The Passion For Perfection"?

Meanwhile, fans of Jet Li (me included, Wong Fei Hong r0x) can only hope that the final products look better.
